給仕スタッフにより運ばれてきた大きな箱を開けると、中にメニューが入ってるという驚きの演出。メインとして用意される肉料理、魚料理は、ソースと添えられる野菜との相性が絶妙で、見た目以上にボリュームがあります。彼の母国、ベルギー料理というのは、あまりなじみのない方が多いと思いますが、初めて食べる人にも食べやすい味付けに仕上がっています。品数が厳選されるために、前菜〜スープ〜メイン〜デザートと自分自身でコースを立てやすく、シェフは自身、パテシェの技術も習得しているので、最後のデザートまでぬかりありません。

比較的手頃な料金のワインがそろい、ボトルでもグラスでもオーダーできます。また店内のバー・カウンターにビール・サーバーがあるので、生ビールもオーダーできます。

メニューにはワイン好きにはうってつけのチーズの欄が目を引きます。チーズの王様と言われるブリ・ド・モー（Brie De Meaux）、ゴートチーズの代表格であるクロタン・ドゥ・シャヴィニョール（Crottin de Chavignol）、ブルーチーズのロックフォール（Roquefort）等があり、これら全てフランスで特定の条件を満たした製品のみに付与される原産地統制、アペラシオン・ドリジーヌ・コントロレ（Appellation d'origine controlee）のチーズが輸入されています。

イタリアのアマレットコーヒー（Coffee with Amaretto）や、グランド・ウェディング（Grand Wedding）やシルバームーン（Silever Moon）等のTWGの紅茶が用意されているのも贅沢な楽しみ。コーヒーカップは、バリ島有名陶器メーカーのジェンガラに特注したトペン専用のオリジナルです。スタッフの丁寧な給仕のおかげで、ゲストは心ゆくまで食事を楽します。

Shopping and Dinning! Maybe it's the first thing crossed on your mind when you stepped into a big city during your holidays. But it's not as easy as you though when you are in Bali.
