昼間はきどらず楽しめる「シーザー・サラダ」や「クラブ・サンドイッチ」などを用意していますが、紅茶はアメリカの高級茶葉マイティ・リーフ社、コーヒーはilly社とこだわりを感じさせます。小腹のすいた方は、フィンガー・サンドイッチが乗ったアフタヌーン・ティー・セットがおすすめです。

圧巻は夕方から夜のカクテル＆ディナータイム。今日の日を惜しむように渓谷の向こう側に真っ赤な太陽が沈むにつれ、レストラン内もサンセット色に染まり、糊のきいた純白のテーブルクロスがこれから並ぶ数々の料理を待ち受けます。

おすすめは仔牛やラムなどの肉料理。ソースの味付けが絶妙で、ポーションがそれほど多くなくても、咬むごとに味わい深く肌寒い夜でも美味しくいただけます。デザートも手をぬいておらず、スフレの中から熱々のチョコレートが溶け出す「フォンダン・ショコラ」等甘党の方も納得のはず。メニュー選びに迷ったら、前菜から始まりスープ、合間にソルベが入るコース料理がおすすめです。コース料理は３コースまたは６コース、魚料理または肉料理等とチョイスが可能です。

Our recommendations are meat dishes such as veal and rams. They are set in medium portions but whenever biting the flavor is spending in your mouth even in a cold night you can enjoy to have dished.

Dessert menus are also fascinating. Even the person who has a sweet tooth will love "Fondant chocolate" which is soufflé and hot chocolate source inside.

If you are irresolute to order your dishes, how about a full-course menu which starts from the appetizer, the soup, solve for middle and main dishes. You can choose 3 dishes or 6 dishes course and also can choose meat or fish for main dishes.
